SAVVYARDS is not currently registered as a company in any country. It delivers its services remotely from India and does not maintain offices, subsidiaries, or registered addresses in the countries this website serves.
India (DPDP Act): As an India-based provider, SAVVYARDS is also subject to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact and enquiry data โ name, email address, company name, website URL, and message content submitted via our contact or audit forms
- Approximate geographic location โ when you submit a contact, audit or booking form, we derive your approximate country, region, and city from your IP address using a local geolocation database. We store this location data alongside your enquiry to understand where our leads are coming from. Your precise GPS location is never accessed or requested.
- Spam screening โ our contact and audit forms are checked automatically for automated or abusive submissions. A submission that looks automated is held separately, is not acted on, and is stored with a shortened form of the senderโs IP address (the last part removed) so that we can recognise repeat abuse. We do not use a third-party CAPTCHA service.
- Booking data โ when you book a strategy call: name, email address, phone number, website, your answers to the booking questions, the date, time and time zone you choose, and your IP address
- Live chat data โ if you choose to use our live chat: your name, email address and the content of the conversation. The chat only loads after you accept the "Live Chat" cookie category.
- Usage and analytics data โ pages visited, session duration, referral source, browser type, device type, and IP address (collected via analytics tools only after you grant analytics consent)
- Advertising interaction data โ ad clicks, form completions, and conversion events (collected via advertising pixels only after you grant marketing consent)
- Cookie and preference data โ your cookie consent choices, stored locally in your browser's localStorage
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health information, financial account details, government-issued ID numbers, or biometric data.
