How does billing work?
Invoices are issued in USD at the start of each month, and your hours are reserved for you for that month. The monthly fee is your daily hours × the month's billable days (Monday to Friday) × your hourly rate, which is confirmed on your strategy call. Before we start, we agree your holiday calendar month by month — those days are never billed. Work for the month begins once payment is received. If you're unavailable, or access, approvals or input don't arrive on a billable day, that time isn't refunded or carried over. Any hours we can't deliver on our side are made up within 30 days or credited on your next invoice.
How does BFCM (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) work with hourly billing?
You can increase your daily hours for the BFCM period — typically October through Cyber Week. Many US businesses scale from their standard hours to maximum hours in Q4, then return to their baseline in January. Each month is billed at its start for the hours you've chosen, so a BFCM scale-up doesn't lock you into higher billing year-round.
Is there a minimum contract?
No minimum term. We recommend 30 days minimum to build meaningful US market momentum — but you can pause or cancel with 14 days notice at any time. No exit fees.
Who works on my US account?
A senior operator with direct US campaign experience across Google, Meta, and Amazon as applicable. The same person on your strategy session is the one executing your US campaigns — not a coordinator briefed after the fact.
