Do you invoice in AED?
Yes. UAE clients are invoiced in AED. The AED equivalent is confirmed on your strategy call — it's significantly lower than Dubai senior talent costs without the Dubai cost of living premium, Western expat salary expectations, or agency margin on junior work.
Can you manage Arabic-language campaigns?
Yes. Arabic and English campaign management is included at our standard rate — not a separate add-on. We build separate Arabic and English campaign structures from day one, with Gulf Arabic keyword research and native Arabic ad copy.
How do you handle Ramadan campaigns?
Ramadan campaign architecture is built into every UAE engagement from October — 6–8 weeks before Ramadan begins. Post-Iftar dayparting, Ramadan-specific creative direction, and the full Eid Al-Fitr sales sequence are managed as structured campaigns, not ad hoc adjustments.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No minimum term. The UAE market moves fast — our model is designed to match that. Pause or cancel with 14 days notice. No exit fees, no minimum spend.
How does UAE VAT apply to your invoices?
UAE VAT (5%) is applied to invoices for UAE-registered businesses in accordance with FTA requirements. VAT-compliant invoices with your TRN are provided automatically. We work alongside your accountant on any VAT-specific requirements.
