How does billing work, and in which currency?
Invoices are issued in USD at the start of each month, and your hours are reserved for you for that month. The monthly fee is your daily hours × the month's billable days (Monday to Friday) × your hourly rate, which is confirmed on your strategy call. Before we start, we agree your holiday calendar month by month — those days are never billed. Work for the month begins once payment is received. If you're unavailable, or access, approvals or input don't arrive on a billable day, that time isn't refunded or carried over. Any hours we can't deliver on our side are made up within 30 days or credited on your next invoice. If it helps, we'll show you the EUR equivalent on the call.
Can you manage both French and Dutch Belgian campaigns?
Yes. Bilingual FR-BE and NL-BE campaign management is included at our standard rate — not billed separately as most Belgian agencies do. We build genuinely separate French and Dutch structures from day one, with native copy and separate performance reporting for each linguistic market.
Is there a minimum engagement term?
No minimum term. Pause or cancel with 14 days notice. Belgian businesses shouldn't be locked into agency contracts that don't reflect their results — our model is designed around that principle.
Who works on my Belgian account?

How do you handle VAT for Belgian clients?
