How does billing work, and in which currency?
Invoices are issued in USD at the start of each month, and your hours are reserved for you for that month. The monthly fee is your daily hours × the month's billable days (Monday to Friday) × your hourly rate, which is confirmed on your strategy call. Before we start, we agree your holiday calendar month by month — those days are never billed. Work for the month begins once payment is received. If you're unavailable, or access, approvals or input don't arrive on a billable day, that time isn't refunded or carried over. Any hours we can't deliver on our side are made up within 30 days or credited on your next invoice. If it helps, we'll show you the EUR equivalent on the call. Every invoice includes the information required for German Buchführung (bookkeeping), and EU reverse charge VAT is applied for German B2B clients where applicable.
How is scope defined and documented for German engagements?
We provide a written scope document before any engagement begins — specifying daily hours, execution areas, reporting cadence, and communication protocols. This is updated at the start of each month. German businesses can hold us to exactly what was defined, because we document it precisely.
Is there a minimum contract term (Mindestvertragslaufzeit)?
No minimum contract term. Pause or cancel with 14 days written notice. There are no Kündigungsfristen beyond those 14 days and no financial penalties for cancellation — consistent with how we believe all business partnerships should operate.
Do you understand the German market and DSGVO requirements?
Yes. We run DSGVO-compliant campaigns for German businesses — consent-mode tracking, cookieless measurement, and remarketing configured to German LfDI enforcement standards. We also understand German search behaviour, Amazon.de dynamics, DACH seasonal patterns, and German consumer trust signal requirements.
