How does billing work, and in which currency?
Invoices are issued in USD at the start of each month, and your hours are reserved for you for that month. The monthly fee is your daily hours × the month's billable days (Monday to Friday) × your hourly rate, which is confirmed on your strategy call. Before we start, we agree your holiday calendar month by month — those days are never billed. Work for the month begins once payment is received. If you're unavailable, or access, approvals or input don't arrive on a billable day, that time isn't refunded or carried over. Any hours we can't deliver on our side are made up within 30 days or credited on your next invoice. If it helps, we'll show you the NZD equivalent on the call.
Is there a minimum engagement length?
No minimum term. We recommend at least 30 days to build meaningful momentum, but you can pause or cancel with 14 days notice at any point. There's no exit fee, no lock-in, and no penalty.
Can I start with fewer than 4 hours per day?
Four hours is our minimum daily commitment — the lower threshold below which senior execution at this level isn't economically viable for either party. If 4 hours/day feels like too much, start with a shorter trial period rather than fewer hours.
What NZ channels do you execute on?
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta (Instagram and Facebook), SEO, email via Klaviyo or Mailchimp, Shopify conversion optimisation, and web development. Service scope is confirmed on the strategy call.
Do you understand New Zealand market dynamics?
Yes. We run campaigns specifically targeting NZ consumers — with NZ search intent data, NZ seasonal patterns (EOFY March/April, Black Friday NZ timing, Christmas), and an understanding of NZ competitive dynamics across the categories we operate in.
