How does billing work, and in which currency?
Invoices are issued in USD at the start of each month, and your hours are reserved for you for that month. The monthly fee is your daily hours × the month's billable days (Monday to Friday) × your hourly rate, which is confirmed on your strategy call. Before we start, we agree your holiday calendar month by month — those days are never billed. Work for the month begins once payment is received. If you're unavailable, or access, approvals or input don't arrive on a billable day, that time isn't refunded or carried over. Any hours we can't deliver on our side are made up within 30 days or credited on your next invoice. If it helps, we'll show you the AUD equivalent on the call.
How does billing work around EOFY?
EOFY (June 30) is the most commercially significant month of the year for many AU businesses. We build EOFY campaign architecture into every AU engagement — and our hourly billing means you can scale hours up during the EOFY push and back down in quieter months without paying a flat retainer year-round.
Is there a minimum contract?
No minimum term. We recommend at least 30 days to build meaningful campaign momentum. Pause or cancel with 14 days notice. No exit clauses, no penalty fees — consistent with how Australian businesses expect to operate.
Who actually works on my Australian account?

Can I change my hours for EOFY or peak periods?
Yes. Adjust your daily hours at the start of any month. Many Australian businesses increase hours in May–June (EOFY), October–November (pre-Black Friday), and November–December (Christmas). There's no fee to change your hour commitment.
